- Any information you have been given about applying for a school place
- Your child’s full address (including postcode)
- Your child’s date of birth
- Approx 15-20 minutes to complete the application (but you can save and come back to it later)
- For security, the website will timeout if you login and do not use it
- Do not use the Browser's Back button; use the Back button on each page

Applying for an infant or primary school place for reception year entry
From 1 December 2013 you can apply here, online, for a September 2014 start, for a reception year place for an infant or primary school if:
you live in Slough and;
your child will reach the age of five between 1 September 2014 and 31 August 2015
You can apply or make changes online here from 1st December 2013 until the closing date of midnight on 15th January 2014. You must include all the schools you wish to apply for; this includes schools in other local authority areas. We will need to see a copy of your child's birth certificate and your council tax notification. Please send photocopies of these, attached to a printout of your completed online application form, to the admissions team.
Applying for a nursery place
You cannot apply online for Nursery places. Details of how to apply can be found in the booklet Primary and Secondary Schools in Slough. A parents’guide to admissions 2013/2014.
For entry to any other year
You cannot apply online for transfer from Infant to Junior or for other year groups. Please contact the Admissions Team for the correct application form; Infant to Junior applications open on 1st December 2013 and close on 15th January 2014.
Applying for a secondary school place for year 7 entry
The site is closed for new applications for a 2014 entry to a secondary school place. It closed at midnight on 31 October 2013. Please contact the admissions team (contact details are below), if you need to make an application for 2014 entry or have any questions.
If your child is too old or young and you live in Slough
If your child was not born between 1 September 2002 and 31 August 2003 or does not reach the age of five between 1 September 2014 and 31 August 2015 and you do live in Slough then contact Slough's admissions team - details can be found below.
If you don't live in Slough
You must apply to your local authority (the local council you pay council tax to) if you don't live in Slough. They will notify Slough Borough Council of your request and we will notify your home authority of the outcome.
Statement of Special Educational Needs
If your child has a Statement of Special Educational Needs, please call the Service for Children with Learning Difficulties & Disabilities (LDD) on 01753 787676, who can give you advice and guidance.

You can use your existing login if you have registered before. If you have forgotten your password, please use the "Forgotten Password" link.
For security reasons, you must register and/or sign in to submit an application for school transfer or to view an application you submitted previously.
New users will need to register. The Register button can be found above to the left.
Unique Identification (UID) number
Applications can be made without a Unique Identification (UID) number.
