This site is currently closed for new admission applications and will re-open in September 2016 for applications for Secondary transfer, Infant to Junior and Reception entry in September 2017.

Applying for a Secondary Transfer school place for Year 7 entry, Year 3 entry in a Junior School and Reception entry in 2016
From 1st September 2015 you can apply here, online, for a September 2016 start, for Secondary Transfer, Infant to Junior and Reception intake.
PLEASE NOTE YOU CAN ONLY MAKE AN APPLICATION ON THIS SITE IF YOU ARE A SLOUGH RESIDENT.
You can apply or make changes online from 1st September 2015 until the closing date of 23:59 on 31st October 2015 for Secondary transfer 2016 and 15th January 2016 for Infant to Junior and Reception 2016. You must include all the schools you wish to apply for; this includes schools in other local authority areas.
For entry to any other year
You cannot apply online for Windsor Upper schools or Middle Transfer nor Primary and Secondary In Year applications. Please contact the Admissions Team for the correct application form.
If you don't live in Slough
You must apply to your local authority (the local council you pay council tax to) if you don't live in Slough. They will notify Slough Borough Council of your request and we will notify your home authority of the outcome.
Statements of Special Educational Needs
If your child has a Statement of Special Educational Needs, please call the Service for Children with Learning Difficulties & Disabilities (LDD) on 01753 787676, who can give you advice and guidance.

This booklet is available on the Slough Borough Council website. Limited copies of the booklet are also available from primary schools and from the Admissions and Access Team.
You can use your existing login if you have registered before. If you have forgotten your password, please use the "Forgotten Password" link.
For security reasons, you must register and/or sign in to submit an application for school transfer or to view an application you submitted previously.
New users will need to register. The Register button can be found above to the left.
Unique Identification (UID) number
Applications can be made without a Unique Identification (UID) number. If you don't have a UID number, simply select "No UID" when prompted.
