Frequently Asked Questions

What if I have not been issued with a UID for my child?

UIDs have not been issued for infant or primary applications. You can make an application online, after registering, just click on the NO UID button to complete your child's details

How do I log back in to make changes to my application?

You can log back in at any time until the closing date by entering the email you used to register with and the password that you were emailed.

What if I cannot log in and my password and username are correct?

You can request your password by using the link to the forgotten password link on the homepage. If you did not provide a secret answer when you creating your account you would have to re-register
